We rang in the New Millennium for real this time by hosting a small but fun dinner party attended by Bailey & Amanda (Mike's old rommate & his wife) and Karla (a friend who is Mike's former co-worker and Tucker's current favorite doggie sitter). My Mom always told me that the way you ring in the New Year is reflective of the way the whole year will be. Great friends, yummy food, good conversation, a snuggly puppy -- God, I hope Mom's right!
