I'm so excited right now I can't even think straight to write a coherent summary of what the DC Circuit did today to get me so excited. It has something to do with basically adopting the arguments I helped to write and calling RIAA's arguments "border[ing] on the silly." Oh, and preventing the RIAA from using 512(h) subpoenas to get contact information about Internet users.
