Here we go again?

Had a doctor’s appointment today. Just the usual, check blood pressure (110/50) weight (still down 5 pounds from pre-preg). The bad news is, white cells and protein in my urine, which means a seven day course of macrobid for me. Please, let’s not have a repeat of the little kidney infection fiasco that I had with Alex, please!?!? They are going to consider putting me on prophylactic antibiotics for the entire pregnancy, which I really don’t want to do for drug resistence reasons. Just need to take really, really, really good care of myself so that this doesn’t happen again…
