Stork Parking

Today I went to Babies R Us to pick up some presents for a few of the onslaught of friends who have had babies in the past few weeks. And as I pulled into the parking lot, I saw those coveted Stork Parking parking spots for expectant mothers only and thought “gosh, it would be nice to park there so that I don’t have to haul Alex so far.” And then I realized, duh, I am an expectant mother — I can park there! It’s so funny that when I am with Alex I sometimes have to remind myself that there is another on the way as well. No time to be a delicate little flower of a pregnant woman when you are chasing after a toddler!
