I did it! There it is!

Alex’s newest phrase is “I did it!” He catches a ball: “I did it!” He colors a coloring book page: “I did it!” He helps Mommy make some breakfast: “I did it!” We just love hearing the pride in his voice. We’re pretty darn proud, too!

Another common turn of phrase is “there [insert proper pronoun here] is!” Where’s Daddy? “There he is!” Where is the red ball: “There it is!” Where’s Aunt Katie: “There she is!” Mike and I have started saying it Alex’s way. We sound not quite as cute as he does.
