Shower Time

Alex looooooves to take showers. These pictures are actually from last Wednesday, but pretty much for the last few weeks he has refused baths in lieu of showers in Mommy and Daddy’s shower. He gets so excited. He goes in and is so happy to just sing and play with the water. Tonight’s song was the Winnie the Pooh theme song, we’ve also been treated to Twinkle, Twinkle, the alphabet song, and made up songs, too. Then, he calls out “shampoo please!” and one of us goes into the shower and soaps up his head and body. He then rinses his hair and plays a little while longer. Then he calls out “all done!” and comes out for a “big warm hug” in his big hooded towel Aunt Keri made for him.
