Home Sweet Home

We were so pleased to come home tonight. We had a little bit of a scare that they wouldn’t let us out after the skin test for jaundice showed poor Nate was a little yellow. Thankfully, the blood test came back within normal levels. So, just an hour more than 48 hours after Nate was born, we were on our way home. Alex stayed up to welcome us, and we all snuggled on the couch for what is surely only the first of many family snuggles.
