Laughter

Nate laughed for the first time today! Mike was playing with him on the living room floor after dinner tonight, and he let out a giggle. I confirmed it a few minutes later. What we discovered is that the child is quite amused by scatalogical humor — blow a raspberry near his face and he will laugh away.
