He likes to move it, move it!

Nate isn’t crawling yet, but that doesn’t stop him from being mobile. I can’t put him down on the playmat and just walk away for a moment, because if I do, I will return to a baby who has mysteriously moved a good 3-4 feet from the place I left him. Some of it is acheived by rolling, but it is also scootching, even when he is placed on his back. A couple of days ago, I put him down on his tummy on the carpet in the doorway to Alex’s bedroom while I quick tended to Alex in the bathtub, and when I came back moments later he had done a complete 180 and was facing in the opposite direction. Or last night, I put him down on his back the playmat next to me while I played cars with Alex and within a few minutes his head was in the opposite corner, and his body was a good two feet away from where he had initially been placed.

He is already a babe on the move!
