In His Room

I feel obligated to record the fact that Nate slept in his crib for part of the night for the first time last night. There was no big developmental leap or special occasion that precipitated my decision to put him down in his own room. Just the confluence of events that I had finally cleaned out the crib (which had been houseing blankets and other baby paraphenalia) and needed to do some after-kids-asleep cleaning in my bedroom.

Big as he is, he still looks so tiny in that big crib! I will likely start doing this more often, once I finally finish getting his room cleaned up. In the meantime, though I need the access to that room at night! And, I like having him close to me for wake ups.
