A BRAND NEW CAR!!!!!

Ever watch the Price is Right? Picture Bob Barker saying “Alex Wasylik, you could win a BRAND NEW CAR!” and that would be the latest way that I have been trying to get Alex psyched to use the potty. We made a chart with 20 squares, and (logically enough) he gets one sticker for doing number 1 in the potty and two stickers for doing number 2 in the potty. Fill the chart, and you win a BRAND NEW CAR!! (that is, a matchbox car). So far, he is mostly in single sticker territory, but he was unbelievably excited to place that last sticker this evening and win a new matchbox car.

Here’s hoping we soon have a house fill of matchbox cars and a potty trained kid.
