Quiz time!

When I picked Alex up from school today, he was in the waiting room hanging out with the co-owner, Mr. Mike. They have a bead table there, and Mr. Mike was quizzing Alex on the colors of the beads:

Mr. Mike: What color is this one?
Alex: Orange!
Mr. Mike: Good job! What about that one?
Alex: Red!
Mr. Mike: Terrific! And the next one?
Alex: Green!
Mr. Mike: Alright! And what color is that one?
Alex: Yellow!
Mr. Mike: Wow! And I know you know the last one. What is it?
Alex: Blue!
Mr. Mike: High five!

Which is cute enough in and of itself. But then Alex turned the tables:
Alex: What color is this one?
Mr. Mike: That one’s red.
Alex: Yay! [clapping] That one?
Mr. Mike: Green.
Alex: Good job!

And so on. Cuteness infinitum. Mr. Mike was pretty floored at the way Alex picked up on what he was doing and mimiced it right back to him.
