Not a Fluke

So when I dropped Nate off at school this morning, I mentioned to his teachers “it’s probably a fluke, but Nate pulled himself up to standing yesterday!” they oohed and aahed and I put Nate down on the floor next to the soft play pit. Where he proceeded to crawl right to it, pull himself onto his knees, and stand right up. The teachers exclaimed “it’s not a fluke, Mom!” and proceeded to laugh and laugh about how much trouble we are all in for now. Luckily, I happened to have my camera with me and was able to snap a picture of his accomplishment (to come). And a picture of him proceeding to climb right into the pit to play with the toys there.

They are right on both counts. It wasn’t a fluke, and we are in for it!
