A Happy Accident

When I arrived at school to pick up Alex and Nate today, I joked with the owner that they need to get signs for the potty training kids like they have at construction sites: ___ Days Without an Accident! We got a good laugh out of that one, but then I got into Alex’s classroom and deflated with disappointment — he wasn’t wearing the pants I sent him to school in. But then the teacher explained that it was only because he had spilled some milk earlier in the day. That’s the kind of accident I really don’t even mind!

So here we are: 4 days without an accident and counting!
