Alex: What are you making for dinner?
Mommy: Chicken and rice.
Alex: Again?!?!?
Mommy: Yes Alex, this is a different kind of chicken and rice. There are many different ways to make chicken and rice.
A conversation I had with Alex tonight:
Alex: What are we having for dinner?
Mommy: Turkey and sweet potatoes.
Alex: Again!?!?!
Mommy: Yes, Alex, it’s called leftovers. You’ll have to learn to deal with them once in a while!
