Tomorrow’s the Big Day!

Spent this evening readying ourselves to for the big day tomorrow. Alex’s fourth birthday, that is. While Alex was out playing with his friend Canon, Nate helped Mommy make two dozen mini cupcakes to decorate for Alex to bring to school tomorrow. After dinner, as I tucked Alex into bed, I said to him “good night three your old boy. I will see my big four year old tomorrow.” He was so excited. “Tomorrow I will be grown up!”

Then, it was to work. Mike put together Alex’s big present from Mommy and Daddy — a spanking new two wheeler (helmet too, no assembly required). I got to work in the kitchen turning mini cupcakes into a fish.

It is nearly unfathomable that my baby boy will turn four tomorrow. And the time is only going to move faster and faster…
