Mmmmm, cherries!

Alex has discovered the joy that is fresh summer cherries. I carefully taught him how to eat around the pit, and he now leaves a pile of pits — often still attached to stems, now that’s talent! — neatly on one side of his plate as he gobbles down cherry goodness. The only problem is, they are a juicy mess! I realized I was asking for a mess when I sent him to go wash hands in a bathroom whose door was closed, so I asked him to freeze before he got his hands on the knob. And then couldn’t resist snapping a photo him in that position!
