Dinner is a Spectator Sport

Tonight as I was cooking dinner, Nate dragged the Thomas chair into the kitchen, plopped it in front of the oven, and whined until I figured out he was asking me to turn the oven light on.
Which I did.
He then proceeded to watch the fish bake. And soon thereafter, to eat three helpings of baked tilapia, mixed veggies, and portobello mushroom risotto.

Please pass along the recipe!! Portobello mushroom risotto?? Sounds great!! And for the baked tilapia too (did you coat it with anything, or just put it right in?)
