Another Race

Mike ran the local Secret Service 5K today, and we all were there to cheer him on. The start and finish lines were both right in front of the St. Pete Times Forum, and the Lightening were kind enough to set up a bounce house for the kiddos to enjoy. Which worked out great, since I managed to forget to bring Alex’s sneakers (they got in the car in PJs to make sure we made it downtown in time). When he wasn’t bouncing, Alex was strapped to my back in the Ergo, much to Nate’s chagrin since that is his usual spot. But we managed OK. The boys totally got into cheering for folks as they crossed the finish line. Especially Daddy, who managed a personal best!
