The Letter C

As Mommy and Daddy were getting ready to go out and meet Uncle Paul and Aunt Katie for an adult night last night, the boys sat at their picnic table making cards for Aunt Katie’s birthday.  Nate made a scribble that vaguely resembled a “C” and a lightbulb went off — “Look Mommy!  A C!”  He then drew and pointed out to me an O (not exactly round, but an enclosed object shakily resembling the letter in question) and a few more Cs.  At dinner tonight, he did it again — Cs all around.  I tried to show him the letters of his name, but the N got the best of him.  Still, he recognizes all of the letters, and wants to write them!
